A01 error code frustration

I have called Virgin Media about the A01 error code to no avail ( the service keeps getting poorer while the costs keep rising, Branson must be peeing himself laughing) I keep being  sent round in circles, No I don’t have loose connections everything else is working all be it at the moment, I’m at my wits end, HELP!!!!

Have you been through the troubleshooting steps >> HERE <<.

Richard Branson has nothing to do with VM.

Help & Settings > Settings > Network > View Network Status

What does it say?
