A lot of people reporting no Internet with new hub setup today

Set my hub 3 up today and when I connect to dashboard it says Internet access denied. Is there a know issue with new setups today?

Access denied means its not registered on the system so you need to ring up and register/activate it.

I rang up and the message says it's activated. Waited over an hour to get through for help then line cut off.

This has happened to me today also. I think there has been a problem at the office in regards to activations ....

Hi Grayson1968,

Thanks for using the forums to get your HUB activation looked into, I am sorry this has been causing some frustration. We did have a fault with HUB activation a few days ago that affected a large number of customers, this has now been fixed. However, if you're still having the same problem please call 0800 953 9500 for the activation team who will be able to help.
Let me know of you need any further advice on this.
