Two days ago I got my hub 3 kit delivered and I didn’t realised that I have completely different wall socket , I’ve looked for it outside as some people suggested but it’s to far . How can I get an engineer to come in and fixed for me ? I also have been on the phone with VM but not luck to get some help ;(
If VM supply a QuickStart kit there was a VM connection to the address at some point. There should be a brown or gray box on the outside wall. Follow the wires from the box to the inside. If you can’t find one then phone in for an engineer.
