I have text 80011 three times with a positive bounce back text each time but no follow up call. The first text was sent over three weeks ago. I rang VM 7 times. Each time they promised a call back which has never happened. Some of those calls proved time consuming (95 minutes being the record) and many involved a conversation that said there was no connectivity to the building where they'd bothered to leave a router and a flyer and have multiple customers already! I tried the chatbot which was useless and when a person came on line the best they offered was to switch the router on and off again! I tried signing up using the regular website - the website said "good news, super fast broadband is available at your address" however the email that then arrived said they'd be in touch when they were available in my area.

For a technology company this is a staggering customer service disaster.

I've posted this in the hope that a forum leader can get someone who knows what they're doing to contact me.
