£75 Voucher Never received + Frustrating customer Service experience

I took a Virgin Media Broadband Sept. 2020, as a part of the deal, I was supposed to receive a £75 amazon voucher after 120 days. 5 months later and after many calls and emails, I didn't receive anything. Instead, I received promises that the problem was sorted. All complaints I made online closed without any resolution and when I called customer service care they assured me gave me fake assurance that they will resolve the complaint.
