I joined virgin media via a refer a friend link on the 11th May promising a £50 bill credit for myself and the referer. We are now in august and I have still not received this. I called virgin media and they've said they dont have any account linked and asked me to send proof via live chat. Problem is, "live" chat is not really live has been unavailable for the past hour and nobody is getting back to me.
I have the necessary email proof stating that a £50 credit will be applied, I would like a virgin media moderator / staff to message me so that I can send this to them and get this matter resolved.
