4th cancelled installation 3 months later..

Signed up for broadband 11th may for installation 24th may had the date rescheduled 4 times now and now had a text saying installation is now 4th July?!?installation should be today! Not even a phone call this is third day I’ve had to take off work aswel I can’t keep taking days off and I need internet for work asap I seem to be getting no where when I ring up just promised this is the last time and it will be completed on the next date but not having much faith now 😩

Welcome to our Community Forums! Thank you for your first post and I'm sorry to hear that your install has been delayed multiple times already! We can understand how frustrating this must be for you. 

Have you been able to contact our Pre-Install team on 08000521734 to see what is causing the install delays? Is it some external construction work that needs completing?
