4TH MISSED APPOINTMENT

Virgin Media has today missed their 4th appointment to undertake the construction works on my property and subsequently the installation date keeps being pushed back.

I have spent so many hours on the phone to customer services but unfortunately no one is able to give me any answers as to why they keep being missed and they just keep re-booking the appointment.

Has anyone else experienced this and how did it end up being resolved?

Any clues in the notes on your account?

Often long delays happen when VM find that the ducting is blocked and requires "digging" up the pavement and/or street - which requires council approval - and they wade in treacle. Could add 2 or 3 months to installation - if indeed that is the issue.
