My initial engineer installation date for the M125 Fibre Broadband was 19/08/2023. Later I was told 07/09/2023 would be when the technicians would come to install the kit. I was then informed that external works need to be done, and hence the intallation was delayed to 19/10/2023. Today, I was told once again it was delayed until 01/12/2023.
Have I mentioned that there was an initial delay in August because my emails weren't received by VM for some reason, and so they simply ignored my application?
Worst broadband installation experience ever.

Update: I have talked to a helpful VM staff member today (thanks, Paul), and they have arranged for me to receive a dongle in the time being. Hopefully that will sort it for now.

Very sorry to hear there have been some delays with your installation. I'm glad to hear however you were able to speak with an agent and get some help.
