So we have just renewed for the 3rd time, on the ultimate package, 2 boxes, all channels + o2 etc and have just received a Hub 4 in the post?
Er.............why not a Hub 5?

Not a Hub 5 because they are still on a trial / soft launch basis and aren't generally being sent out to customers yet - especially not those on the top tier bundles as they don't work with the 'pods' which you would be entitled to.
If you read through the various posts from users who have been trialing the 5 for, what. the past six months and still encountering issues with it - you might consider yourself as having a lucky escape.
