So I just opened my QuickStart package to set up my internet and 360 box but the TV coaxial cable doesn’t seem to fit the box. Have I been sent the wrong cable?

Check through all the packaging that the equipment came in. There should be a short adapter cable in there, often missed if tucked away in a crevice.

Hi Graham,
The diameter of both the male and female heads appear to be the same size. So I can’t push them together?

I’ve triple checked the packaging to no avail. Do you know if I can order an adapter to be sent? Do I have to speak to customer services?
