Female end connector is too big to connect to the power port on the 360 box, help please....

Your trying to connect the Coax Cable to your 360 box? do you have the hub? if so you need ethernet cable

Thanks but its the actual power cable to the box. Been on to them and they're sending a tech out, although I only needed a new power cable that would fit...
