3 green lights

I’m trying to setup the hub 3 in our new house. I’ve followed all the instructions and yet still the hub has no connection to the internet. WiFi light is static green, internet light is flashing green, and status light is also green. It’s stayed like that for many hours. The wall socket is an old NTL box that I don’t think has been used by the previous owners who had sky/bt line fitted There’s tonnes of cables on the outside of the house and it’s difficult to trace which one leads into the ntl box, but there’s definitely a cut cable on the outside of the house which makes me think that no signal is coming into the wall socket. Anyone got any pointers?

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your broadband. 

 

I have taken a quick peek over your account and can see that you have had an engineer out.

 

Is everything up and running since your post?
