3 Cancelled Installation Appointments

My son has moved and install at new property has had 3 cancelled appointments in 3 weeks with just 1 day notice for 2 and 1 day for the other. No reasons have been given.

He has granted me admin permission on his account. Can someone get in touch ASAP as he needs this for work ASAP.

He can't grant permission to manage his account without a legal LPA to help make decisions, or to make decisions on their behalf. Have you already registered this? If so your best bet is to call the support line rather than using the forums.

Chances are though that there's a problem with the installation and that's why it's been delayed. It'll still be installed as soon as possible but could be delayed by upto 8 weeks if things such as a blockage have been discovered.

Have you managed to get any more information on this over the weekend?
