Been waiting since June 24th to get Internet.. 

Been told there was a blockage,  which was cleared.. then another blockage..

Had the install date changed 5 times, no communication from virgin.. 

The external team date changes daily.. gets to the main I shall date and that changes again...

call up virgin staff ask for an update and get nothing.. raised 3 complaint and virgin close them without resolving the issue

I'm really sorry to hear you've been waiting for an installation for so long, I can understand that numerous delays will make this extra frustrating.
