2 days without services as a new account!

Husband disconnected on Thursday and I’ve been ringing up and being cut off every time!  No hub was sent in box luckily I have an old one.  I’m working from home and husband is a key worker needing access for his pupils.  Virgin sort this

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

What do you mean about Husband disconnected?  Is this a new contract?
