2 broadband kits received

I have received 2 broadband kits to my same address but can’t seem to contact anyone about getting rid of the second account. I was assured on the phone last week that the second account was cancelled but naturally I have received 2! How do I cancel this second account, I can’t seem to find a live chat and the phone cuts out every time I call the helpline?!
