1st time connecting

Hi, I've been trying to set up my bb TV phone but for the last couple of hours, the green light bar flashing continuously. I've managed to log into my router and it says Internet access denied. Ran a test and the results were my account is disconnected.. This is a new connection and account. I had VM just under three years ago. On the line for two hours and still waiting to speak to an agent.

how you called the activation line to activate the hub and box

Sounds like the activation hasnt gone through properly.

Try calling the activation line 0800 953 9500. You will need your account number and serial numbers of the equipment (usually on the barcode stickers).

Yes I called two hours ago and an automated voice a signal has been sent

Its Saturday at 7pm they will all be at home getting ready for watching Strictly 🙂

Try rebooting the hub as it can sometimes take an hour or two to come through.

If not call at 08.00

Follow options 1,1,4,4 "thinking of leaving" and say you want to cancel the contract within your 14day cooling off period and they ought to sort it for you there and then. Have your account and equipment serial numbers to hand.

I rang and said I was leaving but they managed to get the engineer out the next day. The cable from the cabinet to the house was broken and needed replacing.
