Hub4 has been installed for 1Gig update replacing our 500 Meg service but since this morning our broadband is still at 500 Meg speed and our telephone still showing a status “disabled”.
i tried to call customer services with no help.
can someone please help ?

Your configuration is for 1gb, so if you are only getting 500mb you need to check elsewhere.
