1GB FIBRE WITH HUB 4 TEST - REQUEST

Hi is it possible for someone at VM to run a test on our IGB fibre connection, since before Christmas we're getting daily disconnects to the ISP from our router.

The VM hub 4 is in modem mode, with the attached router an Asus AX88U, everything was OK until about six weeks ago when we started getting daily (sometimes more than once) connection drops to the ISP. Ive troubleshoot all any possible ASUS router issues and all seems OK as we've not changed anything in recent months.

We can't run a test ourselves as its a Hub4, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

you can post the levels - you need to log into the hub 4 and then advanced settings/tools/network status

post the downstream - upstream and network pages

Could you create a BQM and post the live link?

The HUB stats, that I can make out anyway, look ok.

my RT-AX88U is set to "agressive mode" and has no issues.
however, i don't believe that setting has anything to do with your issue.

when you say "connection drops", are you talking about a physical connection/sync drop? (the WAN light on the router turns red?)
or are you talking about WIFI connection drops?

Hi there, yes exactly that the wan light on router turns red, we then reboot and it goes back to as it was

what colour is the light on the hub when the WAN light on the asus is red?
does the hub look like it's resycning?

Hi there, no the ring light on the hub 4 stays static white, I haven't noticed any pulsing od said ring light except when we reboot the hub 4.
