14 Day delay new account

Evening

After some advice from anyone who’s been in a similar position. Renewal time came and the retentions deals weren’t really that great so decided to cancel as there’s better options out there for the prices quoted. Just out of interest, has anyone signed up as a new customer under their partners name to receive the better prices, and if so did you have to wait the 14 days from disconnection or were you able to set up quicker? I notice people have managed to do it quicker where an existing homeowner/tenant has had a service previously at the address.

Any advice greatly received

Thanks

Chris

Re: 14 Day delay new account

Hi there

The 14 days delay is because our back office team need to deal with the active account and ensure the account is all terminated properly.

Sorry to hear that retentions haven't been able to help you out with a better deal. Best thing to do would be for her to order and see if once ordered customer services can pull the quick start order forward.

Thanks

Christy
