Hi,
I'm due to complete the sale of my new house next week. I'm looking at broadband providers and would love to go with Virgin Media to take advantage of the Gig1Fibre offering. However, as the current owners of the house I'm buying already have a Virgin Media account, when I try to create an account I'm told I'll have to wait 14 days to receive my quick start kit. As I work from home, this would not be possible. Is there anything that can be done about this? Else I think I'll need to go with a different provider unfortunately.
