12 hours past activation

Hi, I replied ‘Go’ to text message for activation and then I tried to install the hub but there was a problem with my wall socket so I only got it done after more than 24 hours since the activation. And now I don’t have any connections at all. I tried to call virgin media for numerous time but they kept me waiting for more than 10min each time. What can I do to get connection?

Try calling the Activation number - 0800 953 9500 - and see if they can help.
