£100 bill credit

When I signed up to Virgin Media on 23rd April, I was told £100 bill credit will be added to my account as promotional offer but I have not seen anything for credit so far in my account and my first estimated bill is quiet different to what I was told earlier.

Exact same thing only it was part of the blue flag scheme for NHS frontline workers, can't get a answer from Virgin and have tried 5 times now. Keep thinking there must be a catch or something like, you get the bill credit after you pay your first bill?
