100:70 - Not able to access Sky Sports on 2nd V360 box

We had a second virgin box installed today and sky sports will not play on it -  error code 100:70 shows saying "we are currently setting up your channel - this will be available soon" but it has been hours and despite resetting this and the main box nothing has changed.

I've seen others have had similar issue on forum and resolution required some additional settings being sent to the box...can anyone confirm this or offer advice to avoid having to call the help desk?
