1 Gig

i am only getting my last speeds on downloads that was around 600mb never gone near the sign up 1 Gig i think my power levels are out if i don't get the speeds

I assume you have a HUB 4, and it is still in router mode (You aren't using your own kit)?

Are you testing with wired or wireless devices?

router mode with 3 internet switches i mainly use wired i don't use wireless that much

I assume this is on an ethernet connected device?

Try fast.com and see what that shows.

610mb from fast.com thats ethernet connected

Yes, I know, I just wanted to ensure you were provided with one!

Can you access your HUB and check if have a DOCSIS 3.1 channel, like below:
