today I spoke with a guy for upgrade my broadline because was impossible to follow my lessons online. I change my package for 48£ per month on a 18 months contract (63£ ongoing price) with no set up fee. Sound great. But now I received an email with the next bill at 74£ per month (plus 17.97£ of fees extra for the first month). I took a picture of the chat where the guy told me about the price and of course was NOT 97.97£. What can I do now? Talk with someone in virgin media is really difficult!
