work VPN disconnecting 2 or 3 times a day

Hi folks,

I recently joined Virgin Media from BT for better speeds.

The speeds are much faster now but the connection to my work VPN drops 2 or 3 times a day when it did not before and I keep having to reconnect.

Does anyone have any ideas how to resolve this?

Turn off websafe and disable advance network search

thanks for the quick reply - I don't seem to have those settings on my Hub 3.0 router however

You need to do it in your online account
