hi , hoping for some help with constantly WiFi drops and losses.
all streaming and devices 2 meters from hub and up to date. twice phoned India call centre who said some adjustments recommended at their end and then reset hub .
still issues and as I said all different streaming devices ,new and reset still poor.
again (100 times etc reset hub) still having issues I.e. now TV ,fireztick, roku stick, and mobile all losing signal.
call centre India no use said issues needing addressed and then reset hub.
am so fed up now , please can I get help ,its not my end.
vivid 100 and surely not more resets . is anyone able in UK to diagnose this problem without asking me to reset constantly.
