wifi problems

my wifi works perfectly downstairs but in the back bedroom and bathroom upstairs the wifi is very weak. I have downloaded the app and it tells me connection is lost in the back bedroom. it recommends a booster but when i click on the link it states that its going to charge me per month for a booster. i only live in a small house so surely my wifi hub should reach all rooms. why should i pay for a booster?

Re: wifi problems

Surely it shouldn’t reach everywhere?

There’s a number of environmental factors that affect Wifi connectivity.

Re: wifi problems

Hi peacefulatthe

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

My apologies for the WiFi issues. I've had a check on the system today and no issues are showing.

Please try these posts here and here as both should help 🙂

Kind regards,
