wifi pod

i have a wifi pod that came free with my hub4 i gig

it has never worked

always flashing white lights

even with a reset modem

anyone any idea how to swap this??? every time i ring up i get put on hold and disconnected

i have ran every test going
every reset going
took it to my sons house with no luck on his hub (poss linked to my hub???)
it has never worked from day 1

It wont connect to your Hub (and son's) unless is is "activated" onto your account. Call and see if that been done correctly.

Call the equipment activation number on - 0800 953 9500 (option 3) – you may need the Pod serial numbers/MAC addresses off the barcode stickers and also your account number
