wifi keeps dropping out customer service useless

Hi all,
For about two months now I've been experiencing wifi drop outs. The only way to get it back is to turn off and on again then it may last a day if I'm lucky and then it will happen again.

I've reset to factory settings more than once and nothing changes. I've contacted support via chat several times but there absolutely useless. One of them said they've made some optimizations but that hasn't worked.

I'm almost certain the problem is the router as nothing has changed same devices are been used no new devices. It's been faultless up until a couple of months ago.

any help would be appreciated.

Create a BQM and post the live link.

Access your HUB on http://192.168.0.1, log in, and copy/paste the 'Upstream', 'Downstream', and 'Network Log' tab data, as text (You may have to click post twice due to an error), across multiple posts as requried.
