Have checked with wired connection and is doing the same. My wife's laptop kept dropping out of zoom calls even when hard wired and the cameras kept going offline too.
in which case the next step is to set up a BQM and post your router stats..
browse to http://192.168.0.1 (192.168.100.1 if in modem mode) - do not log in - click the "router status" button and copy/paste the output from the Upstream, Downstream and Network Log pages back to this thread.. someone who understands all of the information will I'm sure take a look and let you know if there are any obvious problems with it.
