wifi does not work

I have been without internet for 3 days, i would like to know when will come back because i need her to work.

today the network appeared but does not want to enter

Is it Wi-Fi or the Broadband connection that you have lost ?

As well as trying the “check service,” Area status webpage" (link at top right of this forum), as Gary has suggested - also try the “free & automated” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually tells you of more local issues down to postcode level (that may not be listed on the Area Status web page which usually covers >1000’s of customers) - that may give you more info, but even that wont cover problems affecting just a few customers.

they said my area was without internet, but now the wifi signal appears but I can't connect because it asks for data that I don't know

“Virgin Media” is the hotspot network not your personal home network.
