I have scanned all the rooms in the house and the app says it is Great for all. The wifi does not work well and is very slow at times. Sometimes it even disconnects fully. I am in the top bedroom on the 3rd floor of the house and the box is on the bottom floor (there is no where else to put it). At times it works well but other times it is very poor, it is very hit and miss. It often disconnects me from zooms. I am aware a booster is an option, but cannot figure out why the app is claiming the Wifi is Great in my room when it is not.

Possibly because the connect App just isn't very good?
The best solution - if it is a wifi only issue - is to source your own better quality wireless equipment - and not boosters !

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
