Some Virgin Media users are unable to visit https://quinnbet.com

Its throwing DNS and SSL errors and I have finally worked out it is being blocked.

I have tried tech support who say they do not support gambling websites - absolutely shocking support nobody has any idea what they are doing.

I have tried emailing websafefeedback@virginmedia.co.uk but had no reply - I have requested unblock from https://www.blocked.org.uk/ - only BT and TalkTalk replied, Virgin have not.  BT and TalkTalk are rightly blocking based on under 18's settings, but display a friendly message when it happens which isn't an issue.

Who can I talk to at Virgin to get this issue resolved?  Tech support is a dead end, all the users we have asked to raise cases have not had replies - I am completely stumped.

Yes turning off websafe works, but the amount of people affected is far too many to keep asking them to do this.

The SSL errors are caused by the Virgin block to nowhere which doesn't have a valid ssl - its a catch 22.

The SSL for the site is managed by Cloudflare and we have even rekeyed the cert as part of us trying to work out whats going on.

The SSL is fine as all other ISPs are unaffected and can access the site fine.

Either way thanks for pointing this out I will try and contact these companies that have false reports - the site is not dangerous and has no malware.
