virgin media laptops problem connecting to 5GHz

virgin media laptops problem connecting to 5GHz - This just started happening with two different laptops - Cable connection is fine. I am getting the error unable to connect to ******695 network regularly on both laptops. Generally after a reboor or sometimes by disabling and enabling the wifi adpter I get reconnected. Anybody any ideas - this is a pain and it only started happening in the last week.

Could it possibly be too many devices on the 5GHz? I recently added two Amazon echo dots to the 5GHz as the 2.4GHz keeps dropping too.

Re: virgin media laptops problem connecting to 5GHz

Can you clarify...

What are "virgin media laptops" ?
Are they capable of connecting on both network bands?
What Hub model are you using?
If a Hub3 - have you tried separating the 2.4 & 5 GHz bands by renaming their SSID's?
