virgin media drop outs too frequent

my connection keeps dropping out!! I can't play a single game without connection dropping what's going on!! please help!

I've spoken to virgin media on the phone, and they went through the generic troubleshooting, thing is this has been happening for as long as I can remember, and have tried to get virgin media to fix it, but they're obviously clueless they have sent 3 engineers out and they always say it's fixed now and should be good, give it a week the later same thing happens. I'm so fed up to the point where I don't even want to speak to them on the phone because I've explained it so many times but getting nowhere!

I don't know what to do, I'm thinking of moving providers entirely because speaking with them gets nowhere.

Looks like a noise issue on the downstream.
