v9.1.1912.302 and Broadband Quality Monitor issues?
I think my SuperHub 3 has received v9.1.1912.302 over the weekend, as that's when my BQM (Broadband Quality Monitor) has stopped working and now shows solid red. I thought perhaps my IP had changed, but it hasn't.

Reboot the hub.
The Hub3 is known to drop packets completely for BQM graphs.
