v9.1.1912.302 and Broadband Quality Monitor issues?

I think my SuperHub 3 has received v9.1.1912.302 over the weekend, as that's when my BQM (Broadband Quality Monitor) has stopped working and now shows solid red.  I thought perhaps my IP had changed, but it hasn't.

Any suggestions?

Set the Hub Firewall as shown below ...

Reboot the hub.

The Hub3 is known to drop packets completely for BQM graphs.

Thank you both.  The firewall was already setup exactly how MikeRobbo told me to.  All that was needed, as gary_dexter's suggestion, was a reboot!
