upgraded to gig 1

Hi,

despite the issues ive had over the course of 4/5 months, countless engineers, my issue was never sorted, but some dude on the phone assured me that gig 1 would resolve my issue so offered it to me for 18 months at £47 to at first i was reluctant as ties me in with a new contract as initially was awaiting a contracts release form for my 350m service, the CS guy was adament that my signals across the lower frequencies was very border line but the engineers saying they were fine, I just wanted to check that my levels are ok and also to express my disappointment of the hub 4, i mean its very flawed, no 2.5gb to connect to third party, wifi is lackinng wifi 6 and none of my devices connect above 867mb so sticking with my asus wifi 6 mesh, would this be something that would be upgraded eventually. anyway heres my stats if someone could be so kind to look at them for me as been told i can cancel it within 14 days.

Re: upgraded to gig 1

What issues were you having?

Doing some research on the Hub4 would have yielded the information required regarding its lacklustre specs.

Re: upgraded to gig 1

hi gary,

constant drop outs and very high pre and post errors, slow speeds both down and up, hub 3 kept rebooting. they changed the hub twice and changed the cable from junction box to the room cable goes into, it was just awful.

Re: upgraded to gig 1

There’s no post errors currently from the logs you’ve posted.

Are you still having issues?

Are you in Modem Mode as well?
