Hello all, The last few weeks my internet connection internet has been rubbish.
I'm supposed to be getting 100mb and only seem to be getting around half of that. Not only that, the worst part is it cuts out every 10 minutes.
is their a quick fix i can do? please bear in mind im not very technical minded with packets and pings which i read about 😁

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're having.
I have taken a look over our side and am unable to see anything that stands out as affecting the service.
Can you confirm if this issue is over Wired & Wireless connections? Do you have any devices that are within a metre radius from the hub?
