Hi all. Moved from BT to Virgin Broadband. Physical installation was grand, but after sales is appalling. I’ve no WiFi in our home office. 3 times I’ve ordered a WiFi Pod. 3 times I’ve been assured my order has been placed. 3 times I’ve been told I’ll receive an email confirmation within 24hrs. There’s never been that confirmation. The order has never appeared in My Orders. I’ve never had a message from any courier saying my order has been collected. Doing all this has involved hours hanging around on WhatsApp. Running my  office has become a pain. I’m at my wit’s end. Help!!!
