Absolute load of rubbish, for the past month and a bit now I too have been having issues with Virgin media, they report that nothing is wrong with the internet and everything is fine, even had an engineer out after upgrading to the hub 5 saying there wasn't anything wrong either. But a load of customers still report the issue of the internet dropping connection every 5 minutes. It is NOT your equipment it's VM

I'm sorry to hear you've been experiencing problems with your services. I've had a look on our side, and can't see any problems identified on your home network. The levels being received by your Hub are within specification, and the speeds are as expected.
