This superhub 4 has its own 2nd line support team who are the only ones allowed to play with the hub!
My telephone is not enabled within the hub dashboard and is socket is plugged in to port 1.
Please note, I paid £35 for setup and it's not set up (this is not the only thing not working).
Can I be flagged for a refund, compensation and above all, giving me all 3 services.

It's quite common, they raise a ticket and it gets resolved within 24hours
Yes, normally quite quick with a signal being pushed but they won't do it with this new hub? Very frustrating.
