superhub 3 issues

So for months now my “not so superhub”

has been playing up.

issue as follows.

wifi dropout

webui slow to load or fails to load via lan or wifi.

port forwarding fails to work

NAT issues.

It’s borderline useless.

when i need to login in to remote reboot it takes so long to load the main page and then it kicks me out, i try to log back in and then tells me i can’t login as someone else is already logged in.

Iv had the unit for a few years now and the device is rubbish. wifi doesn’t even go through one floor. either.

can a member of the team arrange an upgrade to the newer hubs? il send this junk back then.

what iv tried

reset to defaults

turning it off and on

leaving it off for 10 mins  etc

thanks.

Re: superhub 3 issues

What did the engineer do back in November?

How are you going about port forwarding?

What do your hub stats say, assuming you are ever able to log in to them, at 192.168.0.1 under Advanced Settings?

Re: superhub 3 issues

Hello KNYT,

Thanks for your post.
Sorry to hear about the issue with your connection
I have had a look at the hub from here and the Downstream power levels are away out.

This can be fixed by arranging for a Technician to attend.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security.
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great.
Regards
