I'm sorry you're experiencing slow speeds at the moment.

 

I've had a look at the backend of your services and I'm not able to see anything that would be causing a problem. Can you tell me a little bit more detail about what is happening?

 

What speeds are you getting both wired and wirelessly?

website keep buffering i.e abc player, itv, channel 4 and I have to restart my router everyday because there is poor signal. every time I contacted virgin media you guy keep saying that you guy cannot find anything problem. I have contacted virgin media over 200 times and replaced my router three times and had lots of technical visit and nothing has resolved the problem and I am not happy paying £36 pound for the top speed package provided by yourself and not getting the speed. when watching programs online the video load and keeps buffering every few min on all devices. when the signal is poor I have download speed of below 100mbp and upload speed is 12mbp

You need to test with a wired connection.

Wireless speeds and connectivity are not guaranteed

I used to have this issue in my apartment. living in close quarters and apartments might prove a little challenging. To see what works best, you might want to change channels to 1, 6, 11. To see what channels are available in your area, download a wifi analyzer app to see what channels are the most congested over your WiFi network and then shift your channel on your router. There are more solutions on slow wifi like changing the DNS server etc so find what works best for you. Goodluck!
