Re: single website blocked

I can access it from here so it appears your IP may have been blocked.

VM cannot do anything, you need to contact the website host.

Re: single website blocked

It's not the website being blocked. The website is blocking you.

Re: single website blocked

Yes.

Because your public IP address has changed to that of your 4G.

Re: single website blocked

Thanks both.

I understand that is the reason, I have been accessing that page almost every weekday for 3 years (it's part of my work). Why should it stop working like that? Thinking back, the internet connection was shaky that day ( I use a wired computer connection).

My daughter called by this evening,  she could access the site on her iPhone until she connected to my broadband.

It's a shame I cant allow access to this web page. I have turned off the web safe. I pay for the broadband,  and shouldn't have to use my 4g data because my broadband has taken a dislike to this one page , after all, it's a public access page.

It's nothing to do with VM, you need to contact the website host.

As we said above, your broadband hasn't taken a dislike to this one page. This one page has taken a dislike to you.  You'll need to ask them why that is, and to remove their block. There's nothing that Virgin can do.
