ok, thank you for what you have done. All I had in there was one SSD with win 7 on it and very few programs 40GB in it.
I haven't got any ANTIVIRUS in it cos I couldn't get on the net to get KASPERSKY, that's what I usually do.
The PC is fine when I disconnect it.
I've just rem. GIGABYTE Drivers "goddam it," put these in and it's now good as gold, as I said thank you for staying with me.

What exactly are you referring to?

you’re trying to download software but only get some of it?  This includes a Windows 7 download?

Often you initially download a setup file.  The full install gets downloaded later as you go through the installation process.

I've got 2 PCs 1 is ok but mine is the trouble. I've disconnected 6 - 8 times and it is still the same.30G now NOT 380G that i should have.

Do you mean 30Mb/s ?

That would suggest a WiFi connection over the 2.4Ghz band.

I've just reinstalled Win 7 today through my router (HUB 3) and found it only got 1.7Mb/s, not 380Mb/s so I disconnected the modem & PC waited 1 min then reconnected the router ALL GREAT but I only got 10Mb/s so I tried again, same thing, So here I am wanting, to see if there is anything I have overlooked.

30 gig, 380 gig ? - wow!

Please be clearer what you are reporting - it makes no sense!
