router - resets every night

hi my router resets itself every night at around midnight been doing this for month or two getting frustrating now

yes i did the full reset and it's still doing it 🤬

so it did it on old hub did hard reset on that and two engineers out still

did brand new hub hard resets on that and problem is still there

You need to setup a BQM to monitor and record the incoming VM circuit.   www.thinkbroadband.com/ping

This monitors your Hub connection 24 X 7 and is free.  When you have it setup, post the link to the shared live graph so we can comment.

Yeah, so around 2am is when they like to fiddle around with your network, it's common.

Annoying isn't it?

We do update the hubs firmware throughout the night which is causing the short drop outs, I do apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
