replacement power cable

hello!

i need a replacement power cable for my hub 3 please. my rabbit decided to chew on it.

how do i order a new one?

You will have to call it in on 150 (VM Phone - free) or 0345 454 1111 (any other phone - national rate). Calling at 08.00 midweek (09.00 Sun) is the best time to get through quickly. Although some people are still reporting getting through fine at other times with no long waits

Sorry to hear of this strange event! I hope the bunny is okay as well! Bunnies are so naughty sometimes! 

 

We can certainly get this sorted for you.

At the top right hand corner you should see a purple envelope, if you click on that, it will lead you to PM's.
